For safe and effective use of your 510 e-cigarette and its supporting products, please read the following information carefully before use and follow the standard operating procedures strictly.

 

Use of the 510 E-CIGARETTE Electronic Cigarette

 

After installing the new cartridge and battery correctly, the 510 e-cigarette enters its “standby state”. Smoking action can be simulated by pressing the manual button and inhaling on the cartridge end of the electronic cigarette. Release the manual button at the end of your inhale to stop atomization.

 

The old cartridge will have to be replaced by a new one or topped off with e-liquid (e-juice) if  vapor output is reduced. When the power of the battery is about to run out, the indicator in front of the cigarette body will continuously flash. The second battery assembly will have to be used while the first battery is charging.

 

Use of AC Charger

 

Screw the battery into the 510 E-CIGARETTE’s  USB charger; insert plug into the home charger or any powered USB port on your home computer or laptop. The home charger works with AC100V-240V 50/60Hz voltage. To reduce the risk of electronic shock, please make sure the charger is unplugged from its power source before cleaning the 510 e-cigarette. The chargers are NOT TO BE USED outdoors or in a damp environment.

 

Precautions for Pocket Carrying

 

If you are carrying the 510 e-cigarette with you, please use caution and avoid dropping it or putting it in a back pocket. The manual button can depress inside of your pocket and activate the e-cigarette.

  

Use in Public Places

 

510 e-cigarette does not produce second-hand smoke like a traditional cigarette. It also does not need to be lit and, therefore, is non-flammable and does not carry a fire risk. In addition, the 510 e-cigarette can be used in most public places.

 

Precautions

 

Do not let children play with the 510 e-cigarette or any of its components. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. Avoid improper operation that may cause damage to the product – the 510 e-cigarette should be taken care of properly. When using the 510 e-cigarette, it would be appropriate not to exceed that of smoking a traditional cigarette in normal times.

 

Product Introduction

 

The 510 e-cigarette is a non-flammable electronic cigarette with similar functions to those of a common cigarette, without the negative impact.

Structure of  510 E-CIGARETTE

 

The cigarette body is an integrated structure consisting of stainless steel shell, lithium ion battery assembly, smart chip and program controlled circuits, atomization chamber and cartridge. In the front of it is an operating mode indicator (LED light).

510 e-cigarette specifications: Total Length: 111.5mm / Diameter: 9.2mm. The battery power is 180mAH, which can be used for approximately 90-200 puffs dependent upon usage.

Atomization Cartridge

 

The atomization cartridge of a 510 e-cigarette is composed of an inhaler and a liquid container. The “E-Liquid / E-Juice” solution to be atomized is stored in the liquid container and is free of ingredients, such as tar and many carcinogenic substances found in a normal cigarette.

 

Battery Components and Charger

The 510 e-cigarette uses a 3.7v special-purpose lithium ion battery. The input voltage of USB home charger is AC100V-240V 50/60Hz and the USD charger is DC5V. Please pay attention to the rated value of local supply voltage whether it is accordant to that of electronic cigarette’s charger.

Use Methods of the 510 e-cigarette

1.   Installation: Step One: unpack the cigarette cartridge and remove the inhaler cover of the cartridge. Step Two: insert the cartridge into the cigarette body.

2.   Operating Mode: When putting the 510 e-cigarette into your mouth press the manual button and inhale, the circuit begins to work and the front indicator flashes. When you stop inhaling release the manual button, the atomizer stops working and returns the 510 e-cigarette to its standby state. The best angle for using this unit while inhaling is horizontal or with the LED indicator pointed towardstsing the 510 E-Cigarette vertically with the LED pointed up may cause e-liquid to enter your mo

3.   Battery Replacement: During the use of this unit, if the indicator in front of the cigarette body flashes slowly consecutively 4 times, replace the battery. If you continue to use it, the cigarette will stop working.

4.   Cartridge Replacement: During the use of this unit, if  the vapor output is found to be significantly reduced, please replace the cartridge or top off with your favorite E-Liquid.

 

 

 

 

Method of Charge

 

During the use of this unit, when the indicator in front of the cigarette body is flashing, it should then be charged. If it continues to be used, the 510 e-cigarette will stop working. When charging, please put the USB charger into the home charger or computer and plug it in. Screw the battery assembly into the charger jack of USB charger. After charging for a period of time, the charger indicator will turn from red to green, which indicates the battery has been fully charged. Remove the battery and disconnect the power source of charger accordingly.

Cautions

 

·        Do not use the charger near a high-temp heat source (remember, don’t leave it in your car).

·        Do not open or pierce the battery body with any sharp object.

·        Do not use the battery if it emits any odor or excessive heat or it is discovered that is has developed any deformity or functions abnormally during charging. Unplug immediately and remove the battery from cigarette body or charger and suspend the use of it.

·        This charger can only be used to charge “510 E-CIGARETTE’s” lithium ion battery.

·        Do not use this charger to charge any other kind of battery – it may cause damage to both the charger and the non-compliant battery.

·        Keep the 510 e-cigarette and all cartridges out of the reach of children at all times.

·        This is a high-tech electronic product, a knock, drop or collision must be avoided.

·        When drawing on the e-cigarette normally, you will hear the slight gurgling sound emitted by atomizer this is normal and part of the atomization process.
