Shipping and Return Policy


All orders ship the next postal business day. Please allow 12-24 hours from the time marked "Shipped" for tracking updates to occur. The tracking number is generated when your shipping label is created, which means we have processed your order, but USPS may not process the order for several more hours. Once USPS processes the package, the tracking number will update. Posted shipping times are USPS standard and apply once the order ships. While we take every possible precaution to make sure that your package is delivered to you, we don't control and aren't responsible for the USPS. If they morph, transmute, teleport, drop, steal, damage, dismantle, detonate, or lose your package, your first step should be to contact your local Post Office.


Please note this does not apply to International (Canadian) orders. For more information in regards to International orders please submit a support ticket as issues with these orders are handled case by case.


Shipping Rates


1.) Flat Rate USPS First Class Mail (Delivery within 3 to 4 days in most cases)


  • Orders under 50.00 USD - 4.15 USD
  • Orders 50.00 USD and up - FREE


2.) USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days in most cases)


  • Rates are calculated by weight and destination. So the heavier and further the package has to travel from our location the more it will be.


3.) USPS Express Mail (Overnight service)


  • Rates are calculated by weight, but generally packages under 4lbs the cost will be about $20.66. Please note that since we process all orders next day, if you order on Tuesday 3PM we will process that package on Wednesday (excluding holidays) and should be delivered on Thursday. Another example if you place an order on Saturday the order will not go out until Monday or next business day.


Orders usually ship within 24 hours or the next business day excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Alien Visions E-Juice, Inc. reserves the right to delay shipping of an order for reasons related to processing, e.g. out of stock items, inclement weather, wookie rebellion, address clarification, or localized spacetime distortion. Replacement/Return Policy

Customer care is of utmost importance at If you are unhappy with products purchased through for any reason, you may return the item within two weeks from the date it was delivered to you. At your option, you may receive a full refund, excluding shipping cost, or a replacement item if available. Depending on circumstances, this time window may be flexible, so if you are in doubt, just ask.

For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on certain items. Our Return Policy EXCLUDES  cartridges, drip tips, and atomizers.

We will not accept returns/exchange any item which has been damaged due to neglect, misuse, experimentation, transmuting, morphing, or anything else other than how the product was originally manufactured/shipped. 


If at any time you are unclear or feel you have a circumstance to take into consideration do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service staff.


 Please note that this does not apply to International (Canadian) customers. If there is a legitimate problem (such as ordering Strawberry Cooler and receiving Gamel) please contact us as we evaluate each circumstance on a case by case basis.



We try to make our return process simple and straightforward:

1. Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. within reason. This means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.

2. Contact us either via phone (661-940-1938), email ( or support ticket letting us know you would like to return or exchange merchandise. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange. We do our upmost to respond as quickly as we can, but if you haven't heard anything from us in 3 business days please contact us again. (If there is a holiday weekend it may take longer.) 

3. Once we have authorized the return please send the return/exchange to:

 4. Once we have received the merchandise we will process the return/exchange which may take up to 1-4 business days depending. We usually strive for a quick turn around so 1-2 business days has been the standard for us. If there are any issues or questions please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer any concerns.


Refund Policy


1. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by Alien Visions E-Juice, Inc. (via when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items. And will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.

2. Refunds can take up to 4 business days to completely process after the process has been initiated. If you have any questions on how our return/refund process works feel free to send us a support ticket.
