How is everyone? We have a new site (can you tell?) and hope that everyone will enjoy it as much as we do.
Everyone will need to create a new account as the data from the old site was not able to be transferred over to the new version of the website. By doing this you will be given 500 points towards a $10 coupon. (To redeem coupon you will need 1000 points which is explained in the FAQ of our rewards system.) So none of the customer data such as old orders, address, or reward points have been transferred. A big reason the rewards points didn't transfer is because the system we are using now is different. The old system also had several bugs and issues so we felt it was best to start off from scratch. We also mentioned that the slate would start over at the end of June/beginning of July. This didn't happen earlier due to sever issues, so we left things as they were. Now that we are changing website platforms this was a good time to implement those changes.
Additionally, there have been a couple changes in the way the site works. First, our rewards system has changed. You will still get the 10% for every dollar spent, but those points will be used to redeem coupons that are applied upon checking out. For more info please refer to our rewards FAQ under the rewards tab.
We have tried to simplify the site with all the options under the product, so you will no longer have to pick bottle size under a flavor. Instead, you will just pick the flavor you want then the bottle size and nicotine will be under that flavor. Under each flavor option will be a spout tip this is only for the 100ml bottles. All of our other bottles will come with their spout tips included.
Sales will function the same with them around important days in the calendar year. We will still be posting these sales under our blog and social media sites to inform everyone about them.
